The Hard-boiled Cop

Beloved in both the comics and the classic animated series, this character never made it into the films by name (even though he should have), the MCU officer named "Stephens" in The Dark Knight is a reasonable facsimile. Here's a rendition of Detective Bullock in d20 Modern.
