The Time Machine is also outfitted with rear louvers to help cool the reactor, a Roentgen meter to measure current plutonium levels, and a digital speedometer. All of these additions consequently impose an added -1 penalty on the car’s maneuverability; also, there is no standard air conditioning nor stereo installed in the Time Machine.
